        We had a wonderful few hours horseback riding with RaeChele and our horses Chinley and Bangs through the canyons. Beautiful views, great company, horses were relaxed and knew exactly what to do which was perfect for these amateurs!

        We were staying next door to ROAM at East Zion Resort and came across this as an experience in the app. It was on our bucket list while in Utah to see a Slot Canyon and with ROAM being right next door we booked our adventure. Our guide for the trip was Tony, he was very knowledgeable and super nice and easy to talk to. He also does a repel canyon experience which some day I would love to come back and do. It was an experience of a lifetime, dont hesitate to do it, you wont regret it.

        Had a great time doing the cold water plunge with our guide Keith!!! He guided my wife and I through deep breathing exercises that made the plunge possible. Would do again and would recommend having Keith as your guide!

        Keith was our guide for the cold plunge - what a wonderful experience and what a wonderful teacher. He has years of training and passion behind the practice of cold plunging, and guided us through a grounding breathing meditation that was powerfully helpful in immersing in the cold. The spring was beautiful and this was a cool experience to have in an amazing landscape. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to take this plunge.
