I hate the fact that I even have to come to this point of leaving such a bad review but here we are .. i am giving this company 1 start because 0 isnt an option! I have called these guys multiple time gave the info and filled out the paper work to get a simple auto quote ! The first time the guy called me back and gave a an outrageous quote and I asked why so high he said well because you didnt have insurance before this ! I said yes I do I have nation wide ! He said well it shows in that data base you dont I said well its a new policy so thats probably why he said well its going to be like 450 a month I said I can prove to you I have insurance he said you do we can lower it and give you a new quote so I called the insurance company they emailed me a letter so I sent in to the guy days go by no answer I called left multiple messages no response sent a email no response. So I was like well I guess they dont want business.. 6-8 months go by I called them again ! And asked for a simple quote they had all my info already! I told the guy I need a quote asap I have get insurance thro you today or renew my policy with the other company he said no problem Ill have those at the end of the day 430 rolls around I call no answer send emails no answer called the next day again and he didnt anything done. You guys need better communication . Your response is terrible like 6 months went by and you never called me or let me kno a quote I spent all that time sending you info you asked for. For what waste my time and for me to pick another mother company! This place is terrible I dont where all the 4 stars come from probably from people with in the office because if this is how they are with everyone I dont kno how they have business

Beat my previous price and provided a better policy!
Update:
I have had Easy Shop for the past few years. They have maintained their competitive edge over competition. I love seeing their outreach to the community as well!
