Love this gym! The new owners are great people with an amazing vision for the gym that they are bringing to life. They offer everything from studio classes (ie. yoga, kickboxing), to crossfit type classes, small group trainings, open gym, and more. They even have childcare!

TK Fit and Wellness is such a positive and uplifting environment. I love the new changes that are happening. The classes in the morning are worth it! They make fitness fun! I love my fitness family!

This gym stands out as the premier gym in town, offering a warm, inclusive environment for individuals of all experience levels. With impeccable cleanliness and a friendly staff, it's the perfect place for your fitness journey. It is under new ownership and the new owners and completely transformed the environment of this facility. They continue to improve the gym as well with new equipment and new classes. The classes that are offered are top tier. They have a wide range of classes that will fit your individual needs! 10/10 would come here again.
