Nice people & good service. Prices were a little high for the portions sizes. Also charged $15 for side salads & some meals were very salty. Bread & pastas were good.

A wonderful spot for anniversaries, dates, and special occasions! This was my second time at Sicilia Mia and certainly wont be my last. The first time: I thought the food was good, but I was a little disappointed in the porcini mushroom pasta. Every year I collect porcini mushrooms in the mountains, I know this fungi like the back of my hand - it comes with the territory of collecting potentially dangerous, wild food. So, when my dish came out with cheap portobellos I was a little upset. Porcinis DO NOT have gills, sorry. If Im paying for expensive mushrooms I expect expensive mushrooms. So, I left a little bothered. The second time: my experience was much better, honestly it was perfect and is now a lovely memory I hold dear. Our waitress Karem really blew it out of the water with her service. She clearly enjoys her job and was fantastic, not to mention she was so so sweet and so down to earth. The flavors of our food and wine were mouthwatering: decadent carbonara and perfectly sweet/bright moscato. I have always wanted to sink my teeth into pasta thats been stirred/cooked inside of a massive Parmesan wheel. I was not disappointed as it was so exciting to watch! Such a treat being able to share wonderful new food experiences (Italian singing, blowtorches, burning wheels of cheese) with people I care about very much! Cant wait for my next special event!
