Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Cottonwood

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn recently for a ski trip and the hotel is in a perfect location near the canyon ski areas and 15 min away from Salt Lake City. I want to give a special shout out to 2 employees at the Hotel for exceptional customer service. Bubba at the front desk gave us a 4 pm checkout after our flight was delayed and Shania was incredibly helpful letting us use the kitchen to warm up food for dinner. Also letting us store our skiis in the office instead of having to lug them up to the room was very helpful. Will be sure to be back next winter.

A really wonderful experience. Clean, well maintained, and staff were super kind and accommodating. Got stranded in Utah during Denvers big storm and they were able to extend my stay and were so kind about it. Would absolutely come back!

Perfectly serviceable hotel that's very well kept, not the worst drive to the ski slopes. Parking is just adequate to not cause any stress, and the breakfast buffet, while completely ordinary for a Fairfield, more than does the job. Walkability: Not much you can walk to aside from a 7-Eleven.

I feel like I practically live in hotels for work and this is one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed at. We checked in at 3am last night and the gentleman working the front desk (Bubba I think) was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond in everything we needed. At breakfast this morning, the stay was very sweet.

We stayed one night here on our way back home from a 4 day ski trip. The hotel is close to the airport and the service is great. Emily at the front desk is the best - such a kind soul and always quick to help! :)
