        Filed Taxes with Stephens for 2 years and they were fine. Then it turns out I missed a 1099 (which is not their fault) . I asked them to help refile or let me know if was worth refiling when I got a tax bill that seemed much to large for this small 1099. They were completely unresponsive over multiple request for months. Eventually late fee's set in on IRS notice and still no response even though I reached out a least 4 times over 4 months. In short my first hand experience is that when you need them they will not be there. Take your business who will respond to you even only to tell you they don't want to mess with it. All my bills were paid on time so nothing to do with that. Heads up from a Holladay Local.
