Crestwood Cove Apartments

It was a decent place to live and it got better for a bit, but this Last year with covid and everything it has gotten neglected. This place changes management like people change underwear, some managers care and some don't. You never know what direction it is going to go? and if they are real? Some are nice to your face and as soon as your back is turned they're talking about you and stabbing you in the back WELL IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE WE HAVE A NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY( VISION REAL ESTATE) THAT HAS TAKE OVER AND WANTS TO RAISE OUR RENT FOR AWFUL CONDITIONS AND FOR AMENITIES THAT WE DON'T HAVE AND WHATEVER EXCUSE THEY CAN COME UP WITH WE HAVEN'T HAD DYERS IN 7 MONTHS AND THE ROOM HAS DOG POOP AND PEE IN IT NO ONE CARES ABOUT THIS COMPLEX WE HAVE DRUG DEALERS THAT LIVE BY US AND USERS COMING AT ALL HOURS EVEN HAD ONE THAT WAS REALLY MESSED UP KNOCKING ON OUR DOOR. WE HAVEN'T HAD A SWIMMING POOL IN 3 YEARS, VISION SAID THEY'RE GOING TO FIX IT, I BELIEVE WHEN I SEE IT! THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL BIG TIME IN THE YRS WE'VE LIVED HERE. WE GET PROMISES AND THAT'S IT, THEY WANT US TO PAY FOR PROMISES AND NO ACTION WE ARE THE FORGOTTEN COMPLEX AND THEN WHEN VISION DOES SOMETHING THEY CHARGE US UP THE NOSE!

Took my daughter's deposit has taken longer than 30 days to give it back I'm having a hard time getting a hold of anyone to straighten out the issue

Management- specifically Dusty pyper, made the community a very positive and welcoming place to call home. She is very caring and professional.. extremely grateful for her as a manager in the community.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The manager kept rescheduling my tour of the apartments and then totally stopped replying all together with. Ive reached out multiple times and she doesnt respond at all.

Dusty and Wes have been great to work with ! Dusty is so passionate about her work, she cares about people... Sometimes more than they deserve. I love my new apartment . Wes Is always smiling and ready to go to work. He changed my flat tire, And even used his air compresser to fill the new one up! I'm happy to be in such a great community with caring people.
