Mother took her car here to service. They stated that power steering was FULL when it was bone dry. Courtesy vaccum not done. Air filter states OK, it wasn't OK by any means. Very disappointing. These things are simple, essential objectives to complete.

I sent an email about 9 days ago now and have not heard back. Won't be going back. Here's my email that I sent to the "We value your feedback." email address at the bottom of the invoice: Hi, I was just getting ready to change my oil again in my 07 SX4 and noticed that the last time it was done at your Herriman location, there were a few things missed. I've honestly never had a good experience with a Jiffy Lube as long as I can remember. Things are always missed or done wrong. I last came in August of last year. It was shown that there was no transfer case, but it does have one. So the fluid level in it was never checked. I did use the AWD on it occasionally, so hopefully the fluid levels are not bad now. The coolant level was quite low as well, after checking it a couple months after this visit. On the paper it showed the "coolant overflow bottle" was full. I noticed it was also yellow and not blue, like it should be. After testing it as well, I noticed that it was straight antifreeze, not diluted at all. It came up at -50 F on a brand new tester. This was put in at the Jiffy Lube in Holladay a few years ago. I always wondered why the engine ran a little hot. I put just distilled water in it to fill it up, and hopefully dilute it down a bit. After I filled it, it hasn't gone down since then. I noticed that the rear differential was filled, but it stated there was no front differential. I'm not a car expert, but I think an AWD vehicle has a front differential. And the chassis was labelled as "sealed", but I know that other shops have checked it and stated they filled it. The brake fluid also was tripping my e-brake light back in January. On the paper, it showed it was full. When I checked it in January, it was below the minimum level. So I filled back then and checked it a couple weekends ago, and it hasn't dropped. And the tires were overfilled by 2 lbs. I saw the "We value your feedback" at the bottom of the paper and decided to reach out to let you know what happened, this time. I won't be going back. -- Thank you, -Trevor
