I've been here at Incline about a year and a half and I love it here. Meet great new friends and I love my apartment. New manager Scott is awesome! he is pro-active and has our best interest at heart. the rest of the staff is great also. My greatest concern is all the dogs! To many and loud. And to may accidents! Concerned about some of the type of dogs too. I love dogs but there seems to be more dogs than people and some of them are aggressive. Maybe limit 1 to an apartment? Oh well it's great place to be!

Beautiful and great location! The residents are all friendly, and I love attending the events to get to know the residents. The gym and grounds are wonderful.

I am giving this a one star as the elevators are always down residents have gotten stuck in them. Some residents that live on the upper floors are in wheelchairs or use walkers. Very dangerous.THERE IS NO CARGO ELEVATOR FOR FURNITURE TO GO UP THAT DOES NOT FIT IN THE ELEVATOR SO YOU GET TO USE THE STAIRS. Staff sucks they smile at you and stab you in the back! very pet friendly, they have RESIDENT donation DINNERS and BINGO, BUNCO and a lot of fun things going on. As for ANY rental AGREEMENT I say READ YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT VERY CLOSE BECAUSE ITS A VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SIGNING!!! ***If your Older have one of your children go over it!!*** **THIS REVIEW IS MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION AND NOT THOSE OF ANY OTHERS ** And to add an update I had moved out back in early 2023 and inadvertently forgot to change my address and an app I used for Christmas shopping. Well the office says they dont have it and the tracking I have for it still as of the New Year 2024 shows it has not left the building!

My mother lived at Incline for 2-1/2 years. She really liked the people who lived there and had a great experience with the maintenance workers. There are three elevators for the entire complex and they were very often out of order which is a big deal for a 55+ community. She moved out over 3 months ago because the rent increases were too expensive. When she asked the manager why they are raising the rents so much each year for people on a fixed income, she said "Because we can." Before leaving, my mom spoke to the manager several times about moving out. She gave her appropriate notice and did what she asked her to do to complete the move out process. For two months after my mom moved out, she received emails saying her rent was due. She is still receiving texts saying she has parcels to pick up and will be charged a storage fee if she doesn't pick them up. The parcels in the text messages are not for her. She also has not received any of her deposit back. Her apartment was immaculate when she left. She has called multiple times. If someone answers, they tell her they will check on her situation and get right back with her, but no one has ever called her back. If she leaves a message on the machine, no one calls her back. She has gone into the Incline office a few times to talk to them about the situation. Once, they told her things are backed up because of the new computer system, but they will get her deposit processed as soon as possible. Another time, they told her the old manager was fired leaving 30+ move outs needing to be processed and they would get back to her as soon as possible. At this point, I doubt they will ever give her money back to her. I hope they hire a new manager who can get things organized, because it has the potential to be a good place to live.
