Guild Mortgage

Been working with them for almost a year was told I made to much for a USDA first time home buyers and after 4 months come to find out someone messed up. I was told they would make it up to me we went back and forth for months and today was told give it 2 more months. Well I called a different company and it's a done deal thanks for all the bs... And 5% would have been nice back then...

I don't think I could ever say enough about Guild Mortgage. They were able to get me approved in a matter of 2-3 weeks! I was put in a tough situation with another lender. Bre gave me hope as pulled everything off. I can never thank them enough!

Tom has been invaluable to me and my wife. The mortgage industry is confusing. There are so many options and often too many financial traps to avoid. Talking with Tom has helped us avoid big mistakes and align us on a pathway to what we really want. Tom and his staff are fantastic and I can't say enough. There are other great lenders out there but the knowledge that Tom brings puts him far beyond.

We have worked with Tom Stone and his staff multiple times and we would work with him again. He is incredibly helpful with all sorts of financial questions. I appreciate the time and energy he takes to promptly return phone calls, answer questions, and work on getting any loan taken care of. His loan rates have always been highly competitive.
