After observing the operational practices of Bryce and Jake over an extended period, I feel compelled to share my experience. While I initially appreciated their introduction to a promising lot in Timberlakes, I must express deep disappointment in the quality of craftsmanship demonstrated by their contracted house renovation teams. Regrettably, I've encountered numerous deficiencies, including deviations from standard building codes and a clear focus on maximizing profit over upholding industry standards. Despite investing significant resources into rectifying the subpar workmanship performed by either Bryce and Jake or their hired contractors, the results have been far from satisfactory. Despite my efforts to engage with Bryce directly and address these issues, accountability has been conspicuously absent. Despite their oversight as contracting parties, they've consistently disclaimed responsibility for the work and its implications for their business reputation. Over the years, I've diligently highlighted these concerns, yet there has been no tangible improvement or acknowledgment of the issues raised. Therefore, I feel compelled to caution potential clients against entrusting their real estate endeavors to Bryce and Jake or their affiliates within Timber Lakes. It is my earnest recommendation that prospective buyers seek alternatives for their real estate needs.

My husband and I visited Timber Lakes and fell in love with the area! We were interested in a particular lot that would be a good fit for a log home plan. We connected with Bryce Sheldon, he had a wealth of knowledge and experience! He found an exceptional lot that faced South, as we wanted. It was a perfect fit for the log home we wanted to build, giving us all the needed features. He also gave us great advice on heating aspects, and other things particular to the Timber Lakes area!
