I waited 30 minutes for my appointment, and when I asked how long it would be, the person at the front desk said she would check. I then watched her walk the chart back.. we were then seen.
Eye appointment was brief and did not offer explanations for his eye sight diagnosis.
I did not receive a text or call when the glasses were ready. I had to call in to discover they were waiting for us.
I not be seeking more glasses for my children here.

The staff were wonderful to work with and very friendly. Heather and Ruby were such a huge help, and the Manager Nicole helped to find the best pricing and options that worked for me. I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could. I will be coming back.

Wonderful staff, brand new location, excellent service and efficiency. Zach was an amazing help when I was selecting my frames and my exam was super fast. 10/10 will come again for sure

Huge improvement over the Layton location. The staff takes their time here to listen and were able to fix my issues. Nothing is perfect though, the frames are weird at America's Best and I can't quite figure out why.

The staff are amazing! The service was incredible! Felt very welcomed and the deals were amazing! Definitely going to recommend to others!
