        Tristan M. had the audacity to look me in the eye and hand me a $1,500 quote for completely unnecessary work on my car when I asked for a simple patch on one tire. I had it there for a day and they didn't even patch the tire. He also gave me back my car with 25 psi in my tires when there is supposed to be 37. DO NOT go here, they will over charge you and take advantage if you don't know a ton about tires

        Simply the best customer service around. Highly recommend this place! This place seems to just get better. Pulled up and had an employee jog out to greet me, figure out what I needed and get me in the queue. Will always come here over any other tire service provider.

        I love taking my cars to this location. They always manage to squeeze me in and get me taken care of. This last week there was a rare exception where they did not have my brake pads in stock and were charging as much as the Mercedes Dealership and it would take them about a week for the parts to get in. You would think a place known for Tires and Brakes would have the parts always in stock especially for such a common Mercedes model.

        I was really impressed with this location of Les Schwab! It was a first-time visit to the Draper Store. They greeted me at my vehicle, and invited me into the store. They seemed sensitive to what set of tires I needed for my vehicle, and the cost. They promised a price, but actually came in around 10% below what I expected - saved me the cost of an alignment. This set of new tires makes my truck handle just the way it should - so much better! The Draper staff did a great job! I was impressed with the waiting room, the staff, and the quality of the work. They picked up right away on the phone as well, and let me know when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Far more professional than the other tire stores in the Draper area!
