What a dumpster fire of a store. The staff looking like they were about to fall over, old sales signs are everywhere that are weeks out of date, the store is filthy, and they have almost no stock! To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Ill go out of my way to go to other locations.

Took my Viking serger in for repair and was told the guy would be in Thursday to look at it. When I didn't hear back on Thursday was driving by so stopped to see if they could tell me what they found, but NO! I was told the guy only takes the machines and then work on them at his home as he has time, and that it would be a minimum of 8 weeks! I would never have left my machine if I had been told up front it would take 8 weeks! Now they have my machine and there wasn't much I could do. I needed it sooner so bought another serger that I can use instead of my expensive Viking. I love Joanns, but not the service area. I will never go back for service from them.
