Waffle Love - Draper

Normally the food here is good but I was disappointed today. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it came on a potato bun, no pickles or hot honey. Really wish it had been made properly on waffles with all the toppings.

I went in today around 9:30 am and got two different waffles. Both waffles were very undercooked and tasted like raw bread dough. It tasted bad. Was very disappointed especially after having waiting 15 minutes in the drive through and got that gross product. Waste of money

Starting off, I went through the drive thru and it sounded like they were upset to be helping me. Thought not much of it and proceeded to order and go to the window. At the window I used a coupon and gift card for my meal and it seemed to further frustrate the worker. Told her to have a nice day and carried on. I got my food and drove home. After being upset with the experience, I opened my food to find my waffle absolutely burnt and my fiancs food cold. I typically dont leave bad reviews but the whole experience from start to finish including the quality of the food (which is never this bad) was very upsetting. It could have been busier inside but I just felt like we were pushed to the side in every aspect.

Great waffles! I loved the founders favorite with the croissant waffle. Yum!
