Community Solutions & Sales an Associa Company

Has been beyond frustrating trying to get a hold of any one for answers to questions. I have been hung up on multiple times, they cant find any of my property information. HOA are a waste of money its a scam.

Ive been trying to get a hold of them after our home closing. I have left several voicemails and havent gotten a call back. That say a lot.!

Community solutions and sales are completely worthless. Call them to get a issue resolved they give you the run around you ask them to please get it fixed on their end they hang up on you and when you call back they just let the call go to voice mail

This is Parker Brown HOA (they changed their name or were bought out), and they are terrible. Whatever you do, don't contract with them. Nicole Cross is the most incompetent rep to work with. At one community, trash hasn't been picked up in 3 weeks. There are cockroaches everywhere, including inside. It smells absolutely terrible. Nicole isn't calling me back like I asked. She isn't providing me with helpful information. Again, it's been 3 weeks, and she doesn't seem to be taking this issue seriously. I am extremely disappointed.

We have had a lighting problem for over 4 mouths and CSS has been able to find us an electrician to resolve the matter. How can they not find a company willing to resolve a problem in the Salt Lake County area. Completely unacceptable
