Matt was very knowledgeable and provided his perspective which was very helpful. However, my experience working with his team at Intercap was less then what I expected. They required a lot of hand holding by Matt otherwise things didn't seem to get done timely or communicated. They also lacked organization and attention to detail, which caused my confidence in them and the transaction to decline.

I have done multiple loans with Intercap. They are very professional and kept me informed through every step. Even when I goofed on the day of closing, they took it all in stride and got it done.
5/26 Just closed another loan with the Matt Atkinson team. I had an expedited close and they worked extra to get it all done on time. They kept me informed every step of the way

There is not enough good things to say about Matt and his team. I will not work with another financial team for mortgage services. Every communication I have had with Matt or his Team is beyond positive.
