We had previous mortgage brokers stop returning emails and calls because it was more difficult than they wanted to deal with. Marc was clear about documentation needed and anticipated underwriter questions and situations so that the loan went smoothly at that point. He communicated with us through the whole process. Tiffany was attentive and available for us as well. This was our second transaction with Marc. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home loan or refi.
