While we have worked with other realtors in the past, Carlye was by far the best one we've ever worked with. She was always willing to answer our questions, she kept our ducks in a row, and made sure all our 'i's were dotted and 't's crossed. Carlye was always willing to listen to our plans and make suggestions to help us achieve our goals. Whatever we decided she backed us fully, and whenever problems showed up, she had a network she could call on to help us resolve whatever challenge was at hand. Working with her was a real pleasure, we cannot recommend her enough!

Carlye is absolutely amazing! She helped us buy our very first home back in 2015, so when it came time to build our new home and sell that home we immediately called Carlye up. She was a huge help determining what our home was worth and helping us work with the builder through issues. She has such a fun & loving personality, she makes the whole process easy, enjoyable and makes you feel like family!

We loved working with Carlye! We needed to relocate for work and she helped us sell our home so we could start our new journey. She is professional, knowledgeable, warm, kind and so much fun! We listed our home just as the markets began to shift from the wild ride of real estate during the pandemic, and she helped us navigate the ever shifting market and frankly, the weirdest real estate transaction wed ever experienced with buyers that were a real treat to work with. She was excellent at communicating with us and keep us in the loop during the entire transaction and was very responsive to us any time we needed clarification or had questions or concerns. We could not have made it through our transaction and our relocation without all her help! She not only sold our home but also recommended a colleague in our new state that helped us have an awesome buying experience in the other end. Cant recommend Carlye enough, she is simply wonderful!

We had an incredible experience with Carlye! She has been so supportive and patient with us! We had a few personal bumps along the way and she handled it all so well. She is a very knowledgeable realtor and made the buying/selling process a breeze. She is really good at simplifying things so you understand whats going on. I would highly recommend Carlye as anyones realtor because she just knows what she doing!

I didnt know you could buy a house in a week but Carlye made it easy and exciting! She is amazing, bright, chipper, and always available to us- we felt like we were her only clients. She helped us sell our 3 condos a couple years back and will be using her as our realtor for life. We cannot say enough good things about the service we received and how much of a blessing it was to our family.
