Ota pretty bad we got a car a financed it with you guys and its not even reporting and getting a hold of you guys is a joke and can't even find out with the 10 day pay off is and the car lot we got the car from went out of business 2 weeks after getting the car

Prestige financing gave me a $25000 loan at 24% interest, my payoff balance is still the original amount after paying over $2000 to the principal. I asked them if I could pay directly to the principal and was told, no, we dont do that. I shouldve looked them up online before getting a car SO MANY WARNINGS ONLINE! I looked to see if they had been sued and discovered Prestige likes to sue people who want to get out of their predatory loan through surrendering their vehicle. My car value is now $10,000 and the loan is still at $25,000 should be illegal. No matter how desperately you need a vehicle: Dont use Prestige to finance! Youll never get out from under them Btw: I was getting paid AFTER the payment due date one month, called them ahead of time (weeks in advance) to let them know, and there was NO consideration, they still told me the payment was late. The interest already ensures they get paid for their inconvenience so why did they need to mess with my credit? RUN FROM THEM

Im Paul e smith me and Michele l price finance a 2018 Kia soul+ all of our payments are on time our car payment are still on time never late we filled bankruptcy chapter 7 then our car payments stop reporting to the credit bureaus I've try to call them they don't answer the phone I was able to talk to some one a couple of time's and I couldn't get anything done she said we don't help once you filled bankruptcy or something like that and I went to finance a Toyota Tacoma 4x4 with useimg my trade the dealership said that prestige wanted 8k down we are on social security disability we can afford 8k down do we couldn't get a vehicle we wanted that would report on our credit don't trust this company
