The team at big bear flooring is fantastic. After I made a request for a quote, they came and measured quickly. The prices are great. All of the people I've interacted with have been kind and professional. The installation team did great work, started right on time, were done in the expected amount of time, and we're very kind. I would have them do any flooring project if I need one in the future.

We had a great experience with Big Bear replacing decades-old carpet in our mid-century home. Mario took the time to explain different carpet and pad options and the benefits and drawbacks of each. We had good follow-up from their office as we custom ordered our carpet and set the installation date. Install team arrived and finished on time and the completed project looks great. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and would definitely recommend them!

We had a chance to work with Big Bear flooring on a recent Home Remodel. They put in LPV and carpet throughout home. Their showroom when we went to pick out, our materials had lots of options and they walked us through several different choices. On the day of the install, the workers that came were polite, quick, and were able to get the job done very professionally. We were able to get our entire house completed in three days. We were very impressed with the quality of the finished product. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Big Bear Flooring exceeded my expectations in every way. They have quality products, fair prices and exceptional customer service. There were some mistakes made on my new build install to which the owners not only remedied the problem but took extra measures (while probably losing money) to make sure I was completely satisfied with the final product. You can be confident Big Bear stands behind their product and installation, and wants you to be satisfied. I would recommend Big Bear to anyone needing new flooring a thousand times over. Stop searching for the right flooring company, this is it.

I was forced into working with Big Bear Flooring because they were part of the negotiation with the seller of my house. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES -I did not receive any estimates before I had to make decisions and work had already started -They would not communicate with me beforehand stating I wasnt their client until after my floors were demoed when they demanded I pay $5000 in order for the work to continue and when I asked why it wasnt covered by the seller they said it wasnt included on that estimate, an estimate that I was never given before this discussion -They eventually sent me estimates that were all under the same estimate number and backdated which contained different information that they changed every time I asked for clarification They intentionally omitted the cost of leveling my floors that they knew would need some amount of leveling. They said they put the words on their original estimate (which again they did not give to me before starting demolition) with a $0 amount and it was moral and ethical to do so in order to have a lower estimate so that they would be the winning bid. This was stated directly to me over the phone by a partner with the business BAD COMMUNICATION -Asked for estimates multiple times -Their work did not start until I was the owner and they never reached out to me to set anything up. I had to ask them when they would start, what time, when it would be completed, and how the were going to get access to my place -They lied about the amount of progress that had been made and when I checked in person it was nowhere near what they said -Multiple non-communications on their part with their hired workers delaying progress and my ability to move in The craftsmanship is great, however I cannot work again with a company with such bad communication and deceptive practices and will not recommend them to anyone. They also walked away with my broom, and while they sent me a picture of it, they never returned it.
