Young Scholars Academy

We love Young Scholars Academy! The staff and owners are so kind, friendly, and attentive. We love that they do Spanish immersion and my child loves learning Spanish. My child is only three but can write their own name from practicing letters at school. They do the cutest projects with the kids and the programs are so adorable! If you are looking for a great preschool and daycare, this is it!

This place is awesome. My daughter has been going here for now about two years and really enjoys it. She started in Pre-School and is currently enrolled in the Pre-K class. This will be her final year. The staff is super friendly and on point. The price is comparable to other places, but you get a lot of value for the price. I also like the fact that this school has Spanish Immersion that teaches cultural diversity. My daughter particularly loves the front desk person. Mr. Bryon and always has to say good bye to him on her way out. I couldn't be happier and I believe this particular school has set my daughter up for success when she starts Kindergarten next year.

We are so grateful that we found YSA when we moved here. Two of our daughters have attended for pre-school and now pre-K and we couldnt have better things to say about a program. Weve watched both of our daughters blossom in confidence as theyve learned the foundational basics for reading and math. Weve also been grateful for the additional exposure to diversity that this school providesa truer melting pot of cultural backgrounds and countries than youre bound to find at most early childhood education centers in Utah. And that was something we really wanted to find. The school is family run by a husband and wife, and their kids are occasionally teachers as well. The teachers they find tend to be recently trained educators or graduates or mothers themselvesand we have been surprised with the level of care and love they show to our children and grateful for the bonds our kids have enjoyed and for which theyre comfortable to go back day after day. Going into kindergarten our oldest was better equipped than most of her peers that were coming from other touted fast/early start programs and we can only attribute that to their teaching methods here at YSA. We recommend the school to all of our friends and felt like we should leave this review as well. They finished their Christmas program last nightyou only see that level of effort from a smaller school that really cares about their kids and their families. Highly recommend!
