Everything was done when they said it would be and they gave us their expert advice along the way. I cant emphasize enough how important it is to work with a knowledgeable and honest contractor when it comes to your biggest investment, your home.

Steven Dailey Construction built our custom dream home in Alpine Utah. They did an amazing job! The home is very unique, including the circle beam that Steve built in the great room . Stephanie was super helpful in picking out design items. We did not have to hire a decorator. We had weekly meetings and they responded quickly to our questions and were happy to make changes as needed. Their reputation and relationships with vendors and subs helped us get materials and build quickly during a difficult time (2020-2021). We bought a lot from Old School Development and Steve Dailey and have had a great experience with them. We are currently in the process of building and because of our mistake did not get our plans approved like we were supposed to. They have been understanding with us and patient.

We built with Steven and Stephanie and are in absolute awe of our custom home!!!! EVERYTHING was soooo high quality and all my made up dreams were delivered even better than I could have imagined! I had asked them to do a party wall with led lights that could change colors and they went above and beyond to deliver the coolest feature in my home! Im so in love with every inch! We asked them to build us a light up bar in our basement theater room, an in-floor planter and so many other items features and they once again they delivered excellence!! The woodwork is absolute perfection!! I would highly recommend building with Steven Dailey Construction if quality and results matter to you! It wont be my last!!! Pinch me.this is MY home! We were in the process of buying a lot from Steven Dailey and having a home design drafted with full intentions of using Steven Dailey as the builder. It wasnt until after the due diligence period when we would lose our earnest money, did they then require us to come up with an additional $45,000 in one week. Their contract states that they are the exclusive builder unless we made a buy-out payment; however, we had never given any indications whatsoever that we ever intended to use a different builder. Then to top it off, they told our agent on a Saturday, while we were traveling, that if I have a problem with it they would be willing to return our earnest money. I had arranged a sit-down meeting the following Tuesday at which point they said they would rather part ways and not take a penny from us if we were going to be a high maintenance client. I left the meeting saying that we will get back to them shortly. The very next day we decided to part ways but yet they refused to return our earnest money arguing that the Saturday offer was a one-day offer which they never stated to our agent even though they made the same offer the following Tuesday. I would think more than twice before ever doing business with a company that feels it is okay to surprise you with a $45,000 fee after the earnest money deadline, only allow one week to fund, and then says they will return our money but then refuses.
