Scott went the extra mile to install power to my studio. They did a few extra unexpected things that they didn't charge for.

I had scheduled Jeff and his crew to come out and do a simple replacement for my outside electrical box a week in advance to prepare for a hot tub that was on the way.  The day of the appointment, he calls me and tells me that some of his bigger clients need him and I am basically out of luck until the following week.  Since the tub isn't going to get there until a week after that, i tell him that's fine as long as he makes the appointment.  He calls me a few days before the appointment and tells me he won't make it. The weather is turning bad, my hot tub is on its way and i don't have a way to plug it in.  I would never recommend someone that has such poor time management and the indecency to let me know that he wouldn't be able to complete a job that has time constraints; which he knew about.
