Karl Malone's Body& Paint repaired my car door. It's exactly like it was before our accident. They were so kind and helpful the entire time. They even got our rental car back for us. The staff were great to work with.

DO NOT bring your car here for repairs. About a year ago, I brought my 2023 4 runner for repairs to the emblem in the back, this piece is the rear door handle. The techs at this shop zipped tied their work. I took a year for the zip ties to break. I payed about $1600 for paint, repairs so I was very disappointed finding out that they did this to my car. Also I tried talking to their supervisor and he just apologized and didnt really care. Do not bring your car here for repairs

Unfortunately, I was recently involved in a car accident. I wanted to take a few moments and share with you the experience I had with Karl Malone's Body and Paint. The entire process, from beginning to end, exceeded my expectations. From conducting the initial estimate, then assisting me in obtaining a rental vehicle, to completion of the needed repairs, Dustin and Russ were a joy to work with. Accidents are already a stressful time but due to Dustin's professionalism, my experience was a positive one. i think they took the oil cap off on purpose although they had nothing to do with it - and left it like that.. reduced mpg to 15- 15.5 mpg. i heard the gluck gluck gluck sound and couldnt quite put my finger on it. luckily no oil gushed out and i noticed it 230 miles later. of course they said it was probably at the last oil change somewhere else. i know the cap was on because before there was no gluck gluck gluck sound and the mileage efficiency was as 18.5 to 20 mpg. after i put the cap back on, gas mileage went from 15 -15.5 back up to 19 mpg. thats evidence. A mechanic told me that dealer service do this often times because it could result in a check engine light warning upon which stupid consumers like me take the car back and they charge you for the diagnostic $250-$300 bucks and pit tye cap on and say they didnt fond anything or the other oil changer forgot to put the cap on- its a retaliation method and a revenue source. i had my oil change done at All-Tech in Orem. Anyway, there is more to the body and mechanics work done by Karl Malone Toyota. the work looks ok I am happy about that, but their communication is very poor and price cost insurance collaboration is at best devious if not suspicious of fraud.
