        I would give less than 1 star if I could. Called for a repair, took weeks before someone was willing to stop by and check it out. Even though we knew what the problem was, he still seemed confused by it, left and finally after many emails and calls I received a response back that they couldn't fix it, but sent us a fairly large bill for stopping by and being confused.
