    Where to begin. I was originally misled when I first was trying to get an apartment. Took my nonrefundable admin / application fee of over $350 saying I could move in the following week, fast forward 3 weeks later and endless hotel bills, I was then able to move in. I found out it was due to issues with the staff in the management office not having their stuff together. Their lack of caring cost me hundreds of dollars more. After that, I have been constantly harassed by this landlord ranging from entering my unit without notice or permission, not providing me a mail key until weeks after I moved in, to outright refusing packages of mine for no reason (returning them to sender). The staff in the office is either incompetent or malicious, and not worth the misery they'll put you through. There are plenty of other options out there, look elsewhere!

    The apartment we have is beautiful. the hot tub hasnt been working for 3 years!! Management has changed already 3 times. Cherie in the front office is terrible right now. She tried to show our apartment to someone else, THANKFULLY i got home in time while she was turning the key to our apartment! Not acceptable!! Why is it wrong in the system? Why dont they have it under control?

    Nice apartments and area. The hot tub and pool never work and the real problem is management, theres always an issue every month and theyre never there to resolve it, I dont understand how they cant get their stuff together, so be aware if you rent here

    The hot tub hasnt been working since we moved here in October. You also have to pay for cable and a trash service but dont see any benefit from it. There are other miscellaneous charges on our bill that we havent gotten clarification on.
