It is sad that I will be unable to do business with Joe and his staff. I gave 2 stars due to past service. This service "0". I have previously had vehicles and had decent service but this time was not acceptable. Back in June Point S serviced my vehicle filled my AC and checked my computer code. The AC went well, and they said that the ECM would need to be changed to pass emissions, but the vehicle was running well and could wait. I paid them $145 to diagnose the code and provide the ECM # to me. I was ready to get the ECM replaced and called them and talked to Joe. He told me he would find the part and get back to me. (fine). I called the next day and the person that I talked to said that Joe was on a call, but would give me a call back. She said that he was having a hard time finding the part. (OK). I talked to the part supplier that they gave me back in June and ordered the part. I picked up the part the next day and went to Point S and talk to them. The conversation went like this. I reminded them of the past 3 days conversations. I told them I did not appreciate the lack of communication. Joe said that he was sorry and should have given me a call. He gave me some excuses about having the part discontinued at the dealership. (No one was ever going to get the part from the dealership.) They had already done the research back in June which they checked to make sure they found the correct ECM. They said they needed to check my ECM to get the numbers off of it. (Why do they need to see my vehicle to get the numbers off of the ECM "To make sure they get the right one?) They already did that. I asked what I had done wrong? and Joe said that I had done nothing wrong. Well.......Joe you did something wrong which not to keep the customer informed even after making multiple calls. Joe claimed that he had the ECM in the back and was delivered last night. (Sorry Joe, I doubt that) I was able to get the part within a few hours after talking to A1 Cardone. I hope that you will provide you future customers with better service then you did with me. I told Joe that the lack of communication does not want to make me do business with them. His response was "I understand, I was waiting for a phone call from the supplier". Well Joe, I got tired of waiting for a phone call from you!!!

So last year in March I think, I had a 2007 Lincoln MKZ that was leaking oil so I brought it to Point S. They were nice people but comes to find out my trimming belt and my steering fluid were bad and some other parts. Just to let you know I drove my Lincoln back from Salt Lake to clintion with dripping oil and it was fine. No weird sounds from the transmission, and the engine. Once I picked it up there almost two weeks or more, I was able to pick up my Lincoln I was so happy with my first car that I loved. Once I picked it up I heard a weird sound from my engine, and it felt different, I thought to my mind that it was the new parts flowing through my engine so I didn't mind it. They did tell me that I have to drive it at least 50 miles to pass my emissions on the car because my battery was disconnected. So once I drove it home I had work right after so I wasn't able to drive it anymore, but my Dad wanted to drive it, to get those miles. Then 20 minutes later less than 10 miles I got a call from my dad saying my car broke down from overheating, Once I made it there, were my car broke down my Engine-coolant was leaking and oil again now my car is not able to drive anymore its burned. So it still turns on but dies down and does not like to speed up. So we called the same place again they looked at my car for free. In my oil pan there were metal shavings. My car is toast they thought that it was my fault not the shop. When I picked it up the next day tried to drive it back it drove a bit then died down by the road by Clintion Elementary in their parking lot. I looked at the engine there was no oil in my engine the whole entire time. I am assuming that they forgot before they handed it to me, and my battery was fully dead. In the look in my hands, feeling like I had been ripped off, knowing that I could of did something about it, my first car I ever owned was destroyed ln less than a mouth, from the kid that I am that's a lot of saving and time that I wasted over 4-5 grand. Then after that happend I never trusted that place again, and my Lincoln was bouten by the Tear in down in Ogden, and only gotten back 500$. I hope that this reply helps others

They helped remove my Shocks off my truck for a rebuild program with Angry Pumpkin. They got the originals removed, sent over for rebuild and back on my rig within 24hrs. They did a great job with the alignment. Shay and Chip provided excellent customer service when checking in and out.
