This was my first experience buying a home so I dont have anything to compare it to, however, Ive heard horror stories from others in their home buying experience. Leith and his team made every attempt to make this process organic and easy for me and it sure felt that way. I find myself recommending Leith to others anytime I hear someone in the planning stages of purchasing a home. 10/10 experience

Vandyk is fantastic. In an industry that is known for having some shady practices, Vandyk stands out for their integrity and thoroughness in the loan process. They consistently "under promised and over delivered." They beat every deadline they gave me and closing costs came in $3k below their original estimation. Leith and his team were so great about explaining the process and answering any questions I had. I fully recommend them to anybody wanting transparency, consistency, and high quality work on their mortgage.
