      Mr. Whitehorse, we apologize we weren't able to offer payment plans better to your liking. The one we quoted was a monthly payment plan but required a larger down payment for the first month. We have no control over payment plans but are at the mercy of what the insurance companies have available. Many of them, including Progressive who we quoted you with, are starting to require larger down payments so it's best once you have a policy to keep it up-to-date and not let it keep cancelling and having to restart.
