      Hey Rosie,It looks like you’re giving us a bad review because you were charged a cleaning fee for leaving a giant stain on the floor of your unit. You even sent us pictures of the stain on 3/1 and we tried reaching out to you about it to give you a chance to clean it but didn’t get a response back from you. We doubt you would’ve been happy if a dirty unit had been given to you at the beginning so we charge cleaning fees in the case we get ghosted with a dirty unit. We want to ensure the next customer can have a clean unit just like you did.
