        Michelle Wilson appraised my home, not professional to bring family members with you. Also you need to appraise the value of square footage, the detached garage and outbuildings do add value! There is a difference between an unfinished basement and a basement that is 70% done, to not give any credit was cheap. Then in comps comparing an 5400 square foot home to an 3100 sq ft home and say they are equal.
