I have dealt with good realtors and great realtors in the past with our VA loan process. Toni takes it to another level and can make magic happen VERY fast! Toni was so engaged with every step of our home buying process and is very connected in the region! We have never had a realtor so thoughtful and thorough ever before. If she doesnt know the answer she will find it. She knows every business, landowner, and company in town and puts all other realtors to shame. Id give more stars if I could.

Toni is so wonderful! As first time home buyers the experience was overwhelming especially in this market but having Toni as our realtor made everything easier. We were not in St George/ Cedar City area and Toni would do video tours for us and when we were in town she would do back to back appointments. Toni helped us write offers and learn the home buying experience. She was always so patient and kind to us with all our questions. We are so grateful to her for helping us find our new home! Highly recommend!
