Clinsen (?) was a great guide and showed my 3 year old the horses! Thanks for the amazing experience.

Beware of Kevin McGee, who claims to make chincs for you. He never followed through with making them for me and my friend. We both lost our deposits. However, the rest of the vacation was exceptional. Exceeded expectations, but Mr. McGee causes me to only give 4 stars instead of 5.

Great scenery and staff, but it sucks if you're stuck in the rear; you won't be able to hear anything that the guide is saying

I went on the 3 hour ride. There were 8 people in our group. And we just followed the leader in single file, nonstop, with no opportunity to talk to each other or take pictures. I was very disappointed that there was no information provided by the leader (cannot be rated as a guide) about the surrounding area - Vegetation, wildlife, rock formation, - there was nothing!! We went out and back on the same path. The only time she spoke to us was at the turn around point, when she asked how we were doing. Even then, she didn't show any concern for people who had discomfort in the saddle. At this point, she took our pictures and said she was going to air drop or email them to us. But then, never did a thing about it. At one point, my horse fell down on his front knees, when I expressed my concern, I was told that sometimes the horses fall asleep while walking..... (what!!!??)
