The guys who work for this company were very nice. Bid from my contractor was far less than what the plumbers final bill was. In fact I did not get a bid from the plumber at all. On final bill I was overcharged and some of the things were not even from my job. Dishwasher was not hooked up right which leaked for over a week under my brand new floor. When I talked to owner about getting fixtures he was less than thrilled to help me. In fact he didn't help.We had to travel around and shop online for all fixtures. I called owner and talked to my general about my tub faucet just dripping constantly. But contractor said he's not a plumber. And owner said unless I paid him $550 more dollars he would not come and fix anything! I asked throughout the entire project for numbers as to where I stood but none were ever provided. The$550 that he says I owe him for is to plum an extra sink. This was a remodel and plumbing was over $15k. We removed a shower and added a sink. Still waiting for tub plug and overfill to be switched to correct colors. This is a VA loan for disabled Veteran. It would be nice if the owner of this company would stand behind his work!! And give the customers a quote so they know what to expect instead of being blind sided and threatened to not come back and fix something that the homeowner had paid for. The construction industry has so so much work right now they don't care if the gouge people or do a good job. It all falls back on the home owner.
