Hawk Electrical was contacted to install a smart home-connected energy monitor at my home. Despite a number of logistical issues, from scheduling to the installation itself (the circuit box was really too small for what was needed, to begin with), Hawk was able to get the system installed quickly and, more importantly, cleanly. Working through those logistical issues, Hawk was responsive, clear and friendly in all communications, and knowledgeable. The result was that a job that could easily have turned into a nightmare at any number of points didn't turn into one at all. Instead, it was a really enjoyable experience

I can see why this company has so many 5 star reviews. I really liked how they were nonjudgemental, proactive, timely, extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and extremely reasonable on price. All six of these traits in a single electrical company are extremely difficult to find. The guy and gal that came out were truly awesome, I was impressed with how smart and genuine they were and how the electrician recommended some action I could take before he could even make it out to my house just over the phone, so that I could try and resolve the issue at hand ASAP. That was very much appreciated. This company was able to get me on their books in like a day or two which is just unheard of for an electrical company located within Logan, UT--most of them are booked out 4-6 weeks even if your concern is potentially life threatening. Hawk Electrical is clearly doing something right. In the past, other electrical contractors I have hired who could get me on their books in a timely manner ended up charging me an arm and a leg for their services, and they weren't that fun to work with either tbh. Hawk Electrical on the other hand, was very honest and humble and it seemingly encompassed the best of both worlds, price and timeliness. All the other qualities they showed me were honestly just the cherry on top. It's refreshing to know that companies with all these genuine, neighborly qualities do actually still exist in Logan, UT. Will definitely be hiring again. Service: General repairs
