        There was someone there at the custom framing desk working. Drop went smoothly.

        In order to drop your package off you need to go to the Custom Framing desk inside of Michaels. When I went there was no one at the desk, I pressed the need help? Service button 4 times, talked to an employee about getting someone there so I could drop off my pre labeled package, and went to the front cashier. No one ever came, so I left. The objective of an access point would be for customers to have an easy convenient drop off and pick up. Well, from my one experience, this spot isnt offering that.
