Dr. Callahan is absolutely amazing. Shes the only doctor who didnt dismiss my concerns. She wanted help diagnose my mystery illness and treat it! Kate is a wonderful medical assistant and she's extremely smart and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Callahan and medical assistant especially for Ukrainian and Russian speakers. My only complaint is the desk staff, theyre very inefficient and not very friendly.

Dr.Callahan is simply the best doc. She listens very carefully to all my concerns. She even messaged me with my results through patient portal on the weekend. Definitely establish yourself with her. You will LOVE Dr. Callahan.

DO NOT COME HERE It makes me sick how many uti tests Ive paid for, to either get told nothings wrong with me, or prescribed a medication that doesnt help. I ALWAYS end up at urgent care, where they accurately diagnose me and prescribe an antibiotic that actually helps. I went to Wade several times due to the fact that I was struggling to breath, and was getting no sleep. For two years they kept prescribing antibiotics for a sinus infection, I was 16 and they never recommended an ENT. Once I finally stoped trusting them and went to the ENT, turns out I had a TUMOR in my nose and had to get surgery right away. I could tell endless storys of how awful this place is. The most recent being them refusing to prescribe a member of my family with the flu an antibiotic, because they gave him a cough suppressant and claimed it was the same thing. I dont know which doctors here need to hear this but, a cough suppressant is not an antibiotic, not to mention how important it is to cough everything out when you have the flu. This office is not about helping people, its about money. Not to mention how dry and almost annoyed the doctors come off, like they dont want to be working (mainly Madison finch). As if they should be the frustrated ones. Please dont waste your time here and go somewhere that actually cares.

Simple. Im a veteran. Like all veterans I despise the VA. Dont trust them at all. Well, I can tell you this place is worse. The admin staff is filled with nothing but excuses, all the while theyre completely rude beyond belief to you. They provide absolutely no answers. They simply speculate. No one is as rude as the their flatobomists. I had to tell the girl to turn around and look at me when she was speaking. Omg the attitude. Lost paperwork, miscoding, zero answers. Yet, theyre to ones who are moody. Wow. Doctor was cool at least. Over all experience. I wouldnt let this clinic examine a failed high school exam. Theyd probably pass it.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. I feel like the doctors and nurses take time to listen to me, and they explain things in a way I can understand. I feel like they care about me. The wait time is never very long, and it is usually easy to schedule an appointment within a few days.
