Maybe it was an off night because I hope tonight wasnt the new normal Culvers usually is such a treat. There were 3 cars ahead of me. From the time I got in the line to the time I drove away was about 30 minutes. I wasnt concerned because they usually are a little slow but the food is usually hot and good. Got home (I live less than 5 minutes away) and the onion rings were cold and soggy. The hamburger wasnt how I ordered it. I went back and looked on the receipt and it had it how I ordered it. The chili cheese fries were alright. The best part of the meal was the coke which I couldve easily drank all of as I waited for my food in my car. The people who brought the food, didnt even apologize for the wait or even say hi. I hope it was just a really off night. Right now I dont think Ill be back but honestly, I will probably give it another go in a few months. If you are going to make people wait that long, please give fresh hot food!

Wonderful taste of my home Wisconsin, and far better flavor and quality than anything else in town. Go here, not Nelsons. You can taste the quality difference.

My burger tonight was the best burger Ive had in a while. The staff did a great job. They had some younger kids on shift that got yelled at by a cranky old man for taking 15 minutes to prepare his ice cream cone. They were super busy, especially for customers wanting ice cream. I think people could be a little more patient with young kids trying their best to just do their jobs. 10/10 would recommend. Even if I have to wait 15 minutes.
