Tim is so knowledgeable about insurance. I recently resigned from my job working for an insurance company so I do have knowledge of how insurance works but having Tims extra experience and knowledge to help my family in switching from an employer based plan to an individual marketplace plan was so very appreciated. The entire process I was dreading having to deal with finding a new insurance plan for when our coverage ended but Tim made the entire process so easy.
