If you are in need of an attorney please look literally anywhere else. I am so confused how Mr. Druyon and his team have pulled off the good reviews on here. The complete lack of professionalism, communication and basic human empathy throughout my process was the main source of my stress rather than my actual trial. 1) I had to reach out multiple times and beg and plead to receive any kind of communication from Mr. Druyon throughout the process. When he would finally grace me with a phone call the only answers or information he would give me about my case was the same vague information I could get from a google search. 2) His team changed dates with the courts without communicating with me so I received contradictory court summons dates from what they had told me which led to more panic and stress. 3) They told me a hearing would be done remote when the judge had clearly told me I needed to be there in person. And when I corrected them on it they never acknowledged their error or apologized but just sent the same email again stating it was in person this time. 4) Mr. Druyon would say he was going to be at court remotely on my dates but then seemed to have no idea of how the whole system worked so ended up looking unprofessional and lost and frustrating the judge in the process. And when he would rush to come in person after not being able to figure out the webex he seemed incredibly uncomfortable and nervous in the court room. When speaking to the judge it almost felt like he was trying to talk her into giving me longer sentencing on everything rather than speaking up for me using all of the information I had provided about the things I had been proactive about getting done. 5) Mr. Druyon had a bad habit of making very crass jokes considering my charges of a DUI - "we should get wasted to celebrate" after a hearing went well and saying "oh you're going to jail for that" jokingly about a situation when we were discussing my plea deal. 6) The judge specified a specific number of days on a program in my plea deal and when his office wrote up the official letter they put less days and said that because the judge signed it I "caught a break" and only have to do the lesser days. I just talked to my PO and Mr. Druyon's team was 100% wrong, I have to do the full days the judge said, like I expected, and would have actually canceled out the whole program and done jail time if I had listened to them. 7) The cherry on top was when they sent me my final document stating that they were withdrawing their services now that my case was complete - they attached someone else's information about their case to my email. They can't even keep their documents straight enough to send the right documents to the correct client. I could honestly keep going but just wanted to share my personal specific, very legitimate concerns and frustrations with Mr. Druyon and his team because it seems like he'll just try to invalidate everything and maybe pretend he didn't work with me. If you want someone who is going to care about you as a person and actually handle your case with expert knowledge and ability please look somewhere else. I so regret the money I spent on this firm.

Hmmmm.. interesting how not once ever did you address any of your concerns prior to writing this review. After our last hearing you told me you were very pleased . I think you are misunderstanding the sentencing order. You don't have to do ANY jail if you successfully complete the sobriety program we discussed for 45 days....one of the lowest durations possible to avoid jail time. Considering you were charged with a Class A with up to one year of jail, for you to receive no jail and keep your license is a fantastic result. But just to address each of your comments fairly, I reviewed my text and email and phone log history with you and it appears I responded to all your texts the same day, many times within the hour and sometimes after hours. The "contradictory" court dates was the court sending you notice of your arraingment before you hired us and when you hired us the court changed the date to a pre trial conference. We sent you copies of all the court notices we received, however. The court told you that you needed to appear in person but allows the attorneys to appear via Web-Ex. The last hearing the Webex would not connect properly so I called the court to get another link and was placed on hold for over a half hour as you know because we were texting the entire time and because it was taking so long for the clerk to pick up the phone you asked if I would just come to the courthouse myself so you would not have to come back to courrt another time. I didn't have to come down to the courthouse but I did this because you asked me to. It was a significant inconvenience for me since I had another hearing in Provo I was supposed to be in person for at that time which required me to call that court to say I would be late. You didn't "correct" my office on whether it would be in person or webex. As stated above, courts allow attorneys to appear via Webex and required you to be in person. I explained this to you prior to the hearing so I am unsure why you are acting as if I didn't know what was going on. Check your text messages prior to the hearing and you will clearly see I communicated I would be attending Webex due to my other hearings. It was only becuase the Webex link didn't work and you asked me to come to the court instead of having my paralegal get a continuance. If my staff attached the wrong document to the final email then I apologize for that. We make mistakes too. YOu made a comment asking whether the judge would treat you differently since I was late due to the Webex link being broken, requiring me to drive to the courthouse, but as I explained, the court has dozens of cases at the same time and takes whichever attorney is ready to call their case . When I called our case the judge confirmed that I was allowed to appear via Webex and asked why I came to the courtroom when I had the option to appear via Webex and I informed the court that the link the clerk provided to us did not work and when I called no one would answer so I decided to come in person. The Court apologized for the inconvenience and we moved on. I'm glad you acknowledge that I "rushed" to court when my Webex link didn't work....I just wish you would have been a little fairer in your review by stating that you knew the reason why I was needing to rush to the court was due to the bad link I had, not that I was irresponsible or not knowledgable about how the court system works. When I got to court I knew exactly how the system works... I have been practicing criminal defense for over 25 years and enjoy being in the courtroom and feel like its my second home. I'm sorry you felt nervous, but I wasn't at all. The only thing we had to do at your last hearing was let the court know that we reached a resolution and what the terms of our agreement were. Pretty simple. I am unsure why you say I have a "habit of making crass jokes" . I am definitely guilty of sometimes joking to hopefully reduce the client's stress. i apologize.
