        I haven't ridden a bike in years and needed a trustworthy commuter. I went in already knowing I wanted the Trek FX 1 and the staff was very helpful on accessories as well as ensuring I was 100% happy with my bike before purchasing. I will continue to give my business to Guthrie as I evolve as a rider.

        Good inventory. A bit pricey. Jeff was super helpful, set up a few different bikes for me to try. He was the highlight of the visit. Great customer service skills IME. There was another guy who seemed to be 'in charge' who frankly blew the experience for me. He was completely disinterested in answering any questions, and it was clear that my apparent idiocy about bikes annoyed him. The 4th star is purely for Jeff's effort.
