        Ask about their labor warranty, and compare it to others. If their service is so good, why isn't the labor warranty better? ALWAYS get multiple quotes when shopping for a new system. Never settle for the first bid.

        We were so impressed with Gary and Craigs Services! They were so fast and got the job done efficiently. Gary was professional and so knowledgeable and worked with us to get us the best value. We were anticipating weeks and we were impressed that we could get it started the next day! We have already referred Craigs out to several family and friends and will be using them again for any needs we have have in the future!         This company impressed me from the moment I called. The receptionist who answered my call was so helpful and very kind, which was needed after the day I was having. Then, I was surprised at how quickly they were going to be able to send someone over to assist me. I had someone at my home within the hour I called. Gary came to the rescue! He was able to complete the work Dominion Energy said they could not do. Gary also showed me where my hot water heater was leaking and educated me about the rebates and tax breaks given when I replace my water heater and furnace. I had a few more question and he was able to answer them. Then to further demonstrate this companys awesome customer service, Gary brought in my small Amazon package that was delivered as he was leaving because he knew it was difficult for me to get because my leg is in an immobilizer!! I am absolutely impressed with the amazing experience I had from beginning to end with this company. Highly recommend! Service: HVAC system maintenance
