        This place sucks there is never any parking and they will end up towing your car if you do manage to find a spot, plus they use a towing company that overcharges and is predatory

        Parking is awful. They said they fixed road congestion but all they did was put up fire lane signs on a single road, which just makes the actual roads in front of the houses even more cramped. Houses are built very poorly and basic things are falling apart left and right like baseboard. Management said our rent was gonna be decreased for the new year, not only has the not happened yet but I've also been trying to get in contact with the landlord for a solid month and have heard nothing. These guys really only care about getting as much of your money as possible. I would not live here if I were you

        Do NOT rent from this place!!!! We spent days cleaning at move out time and had the place spotless but they are charging over $2,000 after keeping the $1,300 deposit.

        The property management team is TERRIBLE. They never respond and they always over charge. They kept most of the deposit for carpet cleaning I understand a little bit, but $1000? Come on.
