        My whole experience at Punta Cana was excellent, once we got there, The accommodations, and the service couldn't have been better. What friendly people, never hesitated to assist you to where ever you were going. Flights were challenging, but managed. The only drawback is that my luggage was damaged, and it was difficult to get through NY airport and customs with a suitcase which rolled all over.

Still prefer this agency over online reservations lacking specific adjustments that may be performed in a live communication with an agent. The booking is easy, prices are competitive.         Very responsive. We had a group of 15 and everything went great! Last day had a little scare with getting a ride back to the airport and contacted Barry. He was on it immediately and got us the information we needed! Already working with Barry on our next trip!
