Scott helped me sell both my moms house and my brothers house. My moms house was in Provo, but my brothers house was way up in Hennifer, Morgan County, Utah. Selling both houses turned out to be an amazing experience thanks to Scott. His knowledge of market strategy and his people skills helped things to close quickly and at top dollar. My brother is pretty hard to please, but he rated Scott an A+. Scott is one of the most ethical and hard working people I have ever met. I had such a great experience I recommended him to all of my kids and four of them have bought houses from him so far and have had wonderful experiences. I will always turn to Scott for any real estate transactions I may have in the future.

We had a great experience working with Scott Oldroyd & his wife Kristine who were recommended by a family member after we moved to the area. Its fantastic to have both of them on your team, and they each bring significant skill sets to the table. We looked for almost two years with them, made multiple offers on land and homes, and they were always patient with the process and had our best interests at heart. We finally found what we wanted- a property with hard to find acreage in a specific zip code. We were very picky. We had purchased two homes before and knew quite a bit about the process but their expertise helped things go smoothly for us and prevented us from making serious mistakes.
