        Rider and Joe from Quick Quality Plumbing came to our rescue this morning after we had our main line clog and back up. They were awesome! They were professional, and explained everything they did. They were able to clear the line quickly, and we are back to normal.

        I tried to replace some shower valve stems myself and it was still dripping. I called and it was quick (next day appointment), but two very young men came. They spent about an hour fiddling and didn't improve the drip. Their conclusion was the wall needed to be opened and the pipes replaced. All their tightening ended up making the handles very difficult to turn and the shower diverter to not function at all, so I was worse off after they left :( I emailed to complain and the company gave me a refund. Unknown to them and me, the plumbing supply store where I bought the stems sold me an off-brand. When I got OEM stems and installed them the leak was fixed.
