Revere Health Ear, Nose, & Throat - American Fork

I met with Wes, the PA. I was less than impressed with his bedside manner. He and his big ego he made me feel dumb for being there, tried to make my primary care physician look dumb for referring me, but in the same sentence says my Dr needs to stay in his lane. Then proceeds to tell me how thyroid cancer isnt that big of a deal.

I had a very good visit!! Josh was the physician who helped me, and he was an active listener. He answered all of my questions, and waited to hear the whole question before talking. I am not used to my doctors listening without interrupting.... I am so thankful that I didn't have to battle for sound space this time around! The whole office staff was very nice, attentive, and I was seen quickly! I highly recommend going to this office if you need an ENT. They were so good, and I feel validated.

My son had ear tubes put in and his ears checked for school and they did a fantastic job. I had only one bad experience. My nose broke again for the third time and my break is on my cheek bone. They told me it was nothing and when I asked for help with pain meds they shut me down. I get it they dont want drug addicts looking for pain meds but I know when Ive broken my nose I cant breath well now and it would of been nice for them to listen and not brush me off.

I can breathe now!! I can sleep without snoring! Ive live WAY too long with terrible sinus infections- all my life. Who knew?! Love these people. They changed my life.

Life happens. Needed surgery and had to cancel because of another surgery, I had on my ankle, a major surgery for that matter needed to cancel because I was in a splint, and because of work. They will not be understanding of any situation. Didn't understand there was a policy in place that if you have to reschedule 3 times they will not work with you. Incomplete pre surgery visit, didn't give full rundown of recovery process. Life has gotten tight financially. Couldn't afford to take a week off of work as and independent contractor. Dr. Hamilton then calls me and tries to lecture me over a review that he disagrees with. Personally I'm not going to get into with a doctor like that over the phone. They now expect me to want to reschedule after leaving a bad review. Dr. Hamilton is extremely unprofessional talked to me like I was a child and wasting his time. Personally there are other options that require less of a fuss.
