I worked with Andy Larsen to get a mortgage recently. He was capable, knowledgeable, and patient. I ask a lot of questions and he took time to call/text me and educate me instead of just pushing through. All the staff were responsive and communication was great. Thanks

I did not have a good experience working with Velocity Home Loans. I indicated to the Velocity Home Loans employee that this was my first home purchase, I wanted to hear their advice, and more than anything have good and transparent communication. They omitted to tell me about "discount points" and I discovered I had to pay them at closing. Unfortunately, a coworker recently shared with me the same complaint about quality of communication with Velocity Home Loans, which led me to write this review.
