Good food, friendly staff but it seems like they were severely understaffed. Food took 1 hour to be served for two of us. The server kept forgetting items on our table and the people near by.

The food is mediocre and service is the same. They seem to be pretty under staffed as well.
This last time my family went here my pancakes still had raw batter in them, all of our hash browns were rock hard, and eggs were way under done. Our waitress asked if we wanted water after our coffee order and she never brought it out. But we watched her on her phone talking to her coworkers. When it was time to pay she selected the 25% tip option for me to which I changed it to 20% (which was generous).

Visited last night, party of 4. Waited over 20 minutes for server to show up for the first time. She then said there was a mixup on who was waiting on us. She took our order and wrote nothing down. We didn't see her again for about an hour, while she kept going to other tables. Then she came and said there was a mixup in the kitchen and our food should be out soon. Then she returned a while later and asked about our gluten free order and reconfirmed a few other items on the order. Then another 15 minutes or so before food came and she brought the wrong meal for me entirely. But then I waited another 15 minutes while they prepared the right meal. After we fnished eating we waited for another 15 minutes then we just stood up to leave. That's when the server finally showed up. It was not a busy night either - most tables were empty.
For the past 6 years I come here every couple years expecting it to be different, but it's the same story every time. Different servers, same bad service. This is a terrible place to eat unless you have hours to waste. Denny's down the street has far better service.
And here is my review from the last time we came too:
Food was good, but we waited 45 minutes until they brought out the wrong food, then 15 more minutes after that. We watched an adjacent customer that arrived when we did, with the same waitress, order, eat, hang out a while, then pay and leave before we were even served our food, and it wasn't even busy! We nearly walked out before they brought our food out.
